Housing Programs Specialist

Your Housing Programs Specialist is here to support you throughout your rental assistance journey. They can help with questions about your voucher, moving or relocating, reporting changes in income, adding household members, and any other rental assistance needs.

Inspector & Landlord Liaison

Have questions about inspections? Our Inspector can help with scheduling, inspection requirements, and unit standards. If you're a landlord and need assistance, our Landlord Liaison is your go-to resource for program questions, partnership support, and guidance.

Property Management Department

If you live in a BBN unit, on Tanya or Zinfandel Drive, or at the Tindle Terrace properties — and CDC is your landlord/property manager — your Leasing & Property Specialist is here to help. They can assist with questions about rent, reporting changes in income or household members, moving out, or concerns about your unit. Whatever comes up, we're here to support you in your home.

Finance Department

The Finance Department can assist with questions about payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. If you have questions about billing or need help with a payment matter, they're happy to help guide you in the right direction.
